Papillae near the tonsil irritates
That papillae in that photos irritates sometimes and its normal sometimes. No pain no fever. What is it??

That papillae are taste buds, maybe you have Lingual Tonsillitis, that is only irritating your tonsils etc. Since no fever or pain, do salt water gargling regularly to maintain oral hygiene.
