Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear sir After wake up feeling sleepy tiredness low energy and body pains from last 8 years. My blood test, sugar test, thyroid test, MRI and EEG test are normal. I used multivitamin, Calcium and vitamin d tablets 2 months. But problem not solved. I visited ENT doctor and found DNS and Parasinusits. I am not over night and don't have snoring. It cuase for all problems. Kindly suggest

Doctor said that my ear drum has been collapsed and I need to do surgery. so I want to discuss more about this.actually I have a infection issue I have a issue of cough and cold. so I have a problem of cough in my chest and because of that I am facing hearing issue.

Doctor prescribed me nascoclear spary for 4 days. Is it safe to use nascoclear for 4 days. Is it also safe to take steam inhaltion with inhalde drops for allergic rhinitis. My problem my is mild dns to lt , septal mucosa - edmatous. Does nascoclear have any side effects.

I actually working for a calling profile and i am just frustrated of taking calls... I feel irritated i get my headache and my jaws starts paining... Can i get any medical document to proof that i m unwell to take calls.

I do not if they were always but I am seeing white tiny spots on my right tonsil while both the to sil areas have some redness...I have no fever but slight pain and burning sensation in throat. Can it be anything serious?
