Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have ear fungal infection with pain and pus . I consulted dr. He prescribed some antifungal drop (candibiotics ) and a pain killer. But still I have same problem and my hearing also affected by dropper because I had tympanoplasty type 3 surgery 8 months ago. What should I do... I think I should take antifungal tablet because drop my not reach the infected area.

I got stiffness and seems swelling, in area just below left ear along with the jawline. There is also some stiffness in area just below right ear but lesser. stiffness feels in left part when I turn my face left. Similarly when i turn face to right, it feels on right side. It started suddenly from yesterday. Initially I thought mat be i would have slept in incorrect position so it might be. But it's still happening so I am little worried. Not sure with whom to check, would it be ent? Or this problem is normal? I am not having any other symptoms.

గొంతులో ఎదో ఉన్నట్లు ఉంటుంది. కంఫర్ట్ ఉండదు. Dr ENT కి చూపించాను. ఎండిస్కోపి లో ఏ ప్రాబ్లమ్ లేదు అన్నారు. Gas కి ఇచ్చారు మందులు, ఇన్ఫెక్షన్ కి ఇచ్చారు మందులు అయినా నాకు నా గొంతు బొంగురు తగ్గలేదు. పాటలు పాడుతూ ఉంటాను. ఇప్పుడు పాడలేక పోతున్నాను. ఒకల్ గురించి ఎవరిని కనుక్కోవాలి. స్పీచ్ తెరపిస్ట్ నా.మింగటం కి ఇబ్బంది లేదు. పాడితే గాలి తప్ప హై పిచ్ వెళ్లదు ఇంతకు ముందు ఈ ఇబ్బంది లేదు మరి. పడుకుని లేస్తే ఇబ్బంది ఇంకా ఉంటుంది. ఎదో ఉన్నట్లు, కపము అయితే 1 సంవత్సరం నుంచి కంటిన్యూ గా ఉండదు కదా. నాకు తలనొప్పి మైగ్రేన్ ఉంది. మిగతా మందుల వల్ల నా గొంతు అలా అయిందా. ENT 2 సార్లు చూపించాను నా ఇబ్బంది మాత్రం తగ్గలేదు. 6 నెలలు క్రితం స్కిన్ అలెర్జీ వచ్చి తగ్గింది. కాల్షియం, విటమిన్ D, బ్లడ్ తక్కువ అవడం, జాయింట్ పెయిన్స్ కి ఈ మధ్య మందులు వాడెను. నాకు గొంతు బొంగురు తగ్గి మళ్ళీ నార్మల్ గా పాటలు అప్పుడు గతంలో లా పాడగలనా. లేక ఎక్కువ పాడటం వల్ల ప్రాబ్లమ్ అయిందా. సలహా ఇవ్వగలరు.

Hi , Hope you are doing well. My Mother in law has an issue in left ear,the eardrum isn't there .earlier artificial membrane was in installed but then it became obsolete so had to be removed. And the pus that collects block the nerve to the brain so at times she suffered severe headaches n also unconsciousness at times. Would it be okay for her to travel through flight ? Or it would be an issue for her coz of the pressure . And is there a solution for this situation . I know there are solutions out there and we just need to find them so I request you to please help me with this so that I can help my mother in law . Thank you so much for your help! Stay Safe.

I am suffering from blocked nose from last 2 months. Mostly my right side nostril is blocked. And I don't have any other symptoms. Is there any medical complications or is it compeletely normal.

My kid is feeling ear pain there is a bulg in ear it's broke down swelling water is coming out kid is not sleeping from night yet. So kindly give some medicine to get out from this issue

It's been 15 days since was suffering from irrationa and anixty towards AC sound loud music sound car engine sound... And mostly I feel in my behind disco music effect and sometime I feel car engine sound and sometime machine sound but none there actually... It's mostly accour in evening or in night I can't sleep peacefully... Ear bud also not help.... My ent said its hyoercusis and it well go but it's not... Could anyone advise something... When I feel those sound I experienced pain in my ears.... What can be the reason of it any treatment... Currently I am taking metformin 1000 Mg a day and 500 Mg a nyt... As I am diabetic... Help... Those sound and anixty is taking me off

So i have a painless lump under skin only felt when palpated near coronoid process, theres no tenderness or any symptom, only at the cheek it itches a lot near my beard many times, m i having infection or what is it?
