Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had my septoplasty 3 days back, today for the first time when I bent down a little, there was a slight clear fluid that came out instead of blood, is it normal, I don't have any fever right now, just had it on first day and my nose pack was removed yesterday.

Pain in ear from last two days, when eat anything also having  pain in Ear. Like swelling happen in ear, in night pain become more can't sleep with it

Sir During bath, water went inside my ear and after that I had put Luke warm Oil in it but now it is still not open completely.Although I had consulted Medical Shopkeeper, who gave me Clean wax to be used but instead of applying it I still is not 100% resolved. Please help

Already patient of sugar and blood pressure.. Hear loss caused from late 3 months .. Sugar is also high and bp too..

Sir, whenever I am in silent room, there is a constant buzzing in ear. Sometimes it's unbearable, actually it's always there in ear, but whenever I am busy or in public places, it's usually not that much concern, but in silent room, or during going to sleep. It's very much concern. My ear is good and no hearing problem. Pls suggest any medicine to reduce this constant sound.

Post covid recovery I had certain facial pains and below and above eye pains. July 23rd I tested negative for covid. These pains were on and off. I did CT scan. This has been given out of it. One of my doctors told it's normal sinus just follow the antibiotic medicine for 7 days. Recently I have stopped all medications including vitamins. Again should I continue these medicines? Is it black fungus thing or something? I have not used any steroids. I don't have diabetes. I'm just over weight but does not look obese too. I was under house isolation. 5 days I took antibiotics and 10 days vitamin tablets. That's it during my covid days. Anything serious from the reports?

Hello Doctor, I had my 1st dose of covid 19 vaccination - Covisheild on Friday 30th July.Had fever the next day and had dolo650..I had sudden ear cracking(right ear) with ear pain felt like shocks and it lasted for may b a min or so(saturday evenin).When i burp i feel pain.The cracking feeling subsided but feel like heaviness and a clogged feeling in one ear deep inside... Pls advise. Thank You.

Actually I was suffering with thyroid I, used thyronorm 100mcg tablet earlier now I tested again for thyroid test T3 and T4 are normal and TSH is 15 value as of now earlier it was 32 so which does is required to use thyronorm.

My throat produce so much mucus. It's uncontrollable after brushing and after eating something otherwise it  continues all around the day. It's occurs around 1 and 1/2 year.
