Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When i saw in the mirror my right tonsil was little bigger than left. No symptoms like throat pain, fever etc but i feel little discomfort sometimes. I visited an ent doctor tdy and he said my tonsil is perfectly alright and he wrote me esomeprazolr tablet and b complex. But in the mirror i can see my right side tonsil is little big than left. What shall i do?

Hi I have been suffering from parosmia after a month I had covid ans lost my sense of smell and taste. A lot of things are there that I can't even think of eating die to horrific taste and smell most of them gives out. Was wondering if smell training could help?
