Nostrils blocked
I feel congested nostrils during night but opening in the morning. Suggest any remedy other than nasal sprays like tablets for a quick relief.

Hi. Blocked nose could be due to several reasons. It could be structural, like a deviated nasal septum, or functional, like allergy etc. A detailed history and physical examination, including an in-clinic nasal endoscopy, may be required to diagnose the exact reason for your nose block. The reason why your symptoms are more pronounced at night is, when we lie down, gravity causes the blood flow to increase to the upper part of the body (when compared to when we are sitting/standing), which causes increased congestion in the nose. I would recommend that you visit an ENT specialist near you for further evaluation.
