Sir I am suffering from sinusitis from last three-four months, and Sir these symptoms of sinus problem have arisen after covid. Also I have nasal polyps which causes blockage while breathing, in the sense that when one nostril (Left-side nostril) is open then the other nostril (Right side nostril) gets blocked and this cycle occurs 2-3 times frequently and this alternate nasal blockage bothers me. So, Please tell me what should I do, Should I go for Surgery or should I find treatment in homeopathy/Ayurved/Home Remedies Just tell me what Should I do How can I Cure Permanently from these Polyps. I am also attaching my CT-scan (PNS) Report Please check it and tell me what should I do?

I have been taking Montair LC from last 4 plus year, I want stop this medicine, as I stop taking this medicine, I get running nose and uncontrollably itchy body, Then I have to start it back, any suggestions how to gradually stop it, Can I break medicine into half and take it?
