Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Im 22 years old. I have a satisfactory voice but i wish to make my voice more deeper. Is there any method to do this?

Hello sir/mam On monday night i fall from scooty, and my face got hit, but i didn't got any scratch or bleeding, only scratch on finger But yesterday morning when i was washing my face i felt pain in right nostril, and i can see very minor disbalance in nose, and even i can feel that my right nostril got little big and left nostril got small from inside, pain started almost 9-10 hours after incident when i woke up in morning to take bath Should i consult a bone specialist or ENT specialist??

I smell metal kind while having coffee especially, I started feeling this when I encountered a foul smell from spilled shampoo which was not cleaned for a long time . Still the same foul smell is stuck and I feel sane with some metal smell while having coffee or few other food like leaves But there's no distortion for others things like Incense stick, talc powder and many other It's been a week now and is it require a consultation.

Had cold infection which was spread to ears internally. Daily I'll get more ear wax. When I sneeze I feel something pulled inside ears. I had took treatment before for the same in nearby ESI hospital, they gave me a nasal spray and some cold tablets as remedy. While I was under medication for 3 months symptoms reduced again after medication getting same issue. As of now when I sneeze I'm getting blood from nose.

I am having cold and fever with a slight bad throat from past 2 days.. cetcip-l azithromycin and paracetamol taking these three medicine but I am not feeling well and this is the second day..kindly recommend something

Doctor, I am having sore throat since over 2 months. Since 8 days, I have been taking antibiotics (Roxid-150 1-0-1) and redness had reduced. But now, some lumps have been formed thats touching the tongue. Please tell if it could be cancerous or not. Also, if not cancerous, is this temporary?
