Hi Plz help me with some medications for allergic rhinitis which has no side effects. Suffering it from 2 years.

How much blood loss is associated with Full House Fess including Septoplasty? For example 200ml etc Will I be able to work from home soon after the surgery - I have a desk job?

How do I wash my hair it's been 25 days after tympanoplasty and mastoidectomy. Still I am afraid.. please guide me.

Feeling slight pain on left side of throat from past few days. Attaching a pic for reference. Also there is a red dot on tonsil. Is it something to worry about. What to do please tell. Also my mouth taste is not good from few days. Plz help

Every thing smells bad about 2 months from now after covid19 vacation (covidsheild dose 1)even perfume especially onion,guavava unpleasent smell comes from the sulphur contains food.

My mother has symptoms of head spinning or sensation of room spinning whenever she walks for more time ,she feels better if mask is removed. Sometimes if she suddenly gets up she feels the same. A local doctor prescribed verti star tablets ( he suspected it's due to acidity)  and she took 2 tablets but dint improve much.                             She got hit on the head 1.5 month back from someone's hand ( not a severe one ) she had mild headache ( back of head) for few hours.           About her: She gets headache (back) sometimes from almost 2-3 years whenever the weather is cold or if her head is wet for a long time . She recovered from covid 3 months back (home quarantined) She was Anaemic and was on supplements ( Dexorange) and now her haemoglobin level is 8.5 She has a little asthama history and is allergic to dust and certain food. She has rhinitis ( cold and headache due to cold wind) and even a little sinus problem. She has acidity and takes medications for the same.

My son is 5.7 yr old. He does tongue sucking in night. Doc has advised for nasal endoscopy to check if its adenoids enlargement. Is it safe for a little boy to do nasal endoscopy. is adenoids enlargement is curable with medicine or surgery is must. Tia

Sir,kindly help me for strep throat infection recurrent 2-3 months span since 20 years. Got myself diagnosed at CMC VELLORE as strep throat infection and prescribed amoxicillin 500 for 10 days and advised to maintain lifestyle and food habits. Consulted so many doctors and now feeling helpless to whom to consult and is so often that I use to take medicine by my own . Fearing the side effects too. Last two times while coughing I got two blood spots too with cough after I brush in the morning for 2-3 days. Consulted doctor and he said it is from lungs.prescribed me cefodoxime and sleeping pills for 5 days. Really concerned and tensed. Plz help take proper decision,tests and treatment plz.🙏

Today is my 7th day post tympanoplasty.bandage got removed on 2nd day.. I haven't wash my hair till now..on 4th and 5th day I was feeling very good and dry ear with no pain and no discharge ..but suddenly yesterday I got shooting pain in my ear and saw a little bit blood type discharge from ear and iam having a feeling that my ear is getting full with discharge and popping sound .. Is this a sign of any infection And I also want to know that does too much of talking and having solid food can affect graft displacement

Yesterday I'm having throat pain..night I had taken Azithromycin 500 mg and lecet  yesterday no fever,today morning fever 100.headache ,body pains ,, No throat pain.sputum in yellow colour coming from mouth  occasionally. Sir pls tell.which tablet I has to use ..
