Posterior Nasal Packs
How often are posterior nasal packs (balloon catheters) required in nasal surgery and suction of clots lodged in the throat?

Posterior nasal pack are not required in routine nasal surgery cases.. only in profuse bleeding , not controlled by anterior nasal pack  ,then pnp required. Pnp generally required  in angifibroma surgery cases.. I think ur a medical person, u can get in Cummings text book.. Thank you
