My taste and smell
Why doesn't the smell of food that I eat stay in my mouth? Also after covid I am unable to enjoy the mild taste food like Maggie, poha and dal rice why does it happen and when will it be recovered??

Is your smell normal before covid? Do you any nose obstruction problem like deviated nasal septum or sinus or polyps.. If the smell is normal before covid, it is due to covid effect only.. To be frank it has to be recover spontaneously Please wait n watch and use antioxidants and multivitamins, Tab. Ginkobiloba twice daily for 4 wks Tab. Met b12 once daily or methyl b12 injection once weekly for 4 wks.. Otrivin nasal drops thrice daily for 5 days Inwish you early recovery .
