Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doc, I seem to have a catch or sprain in muscle or nerves or any flexible bone in left jaw..and area between left ear and left jaw..extreme end..near molars section..the pain occurs when I try to open mouth for having food.. unable to chew semi solid food from left side...even if I try from right side, there is a pull from left ear jaw side.. probably becoz all are interconnected.. It all of a sudden occured..maybe I opened my mouth too wide or high while having food. Can you please suggest muscle relaxants pills for immediate relief?

I'm currently taking zocef 500 and hifanec d for acute pharyngytis. However tonsils are continuously flaring up. Kindly suggest what can I do. I'm also taking steam and gargling

Due to hole in eardrum there is a fluid falling from ear. We have consulted most of the doctors of our town but no one could find a right solution and they all suggesting all one thing to go for an operation but for having Operation liquid fall from ear must be stopped first.

Hello doc **Urgent** I have a horrible catch below the left ear and near the left jaw. I am not able to open my jaw while having food as feel some terrible catch in the nerves or muscles or maybe the jawbone not able to identify but all of a sudden I have this catch. I had this a month ago too when a sudden a catch happened due to opening mouth wide while having food, but this time I did nothing of that sort... Because if this sprain or catch the pain has spread to me left ear...throat and severe headache on left side...with eyepain..I have a "pain lump" also below left ear and jaw section. Pls tell me how to overcome this catch... I tried doing small jaw exercises ..opening and closing mouth in small heights..but  feel pain while opening mouth. Can't identify if it is nerve or muscle or some flexible bone gone twisted? Kept warm bag on the ear jaw throat area too. What should I do? Any pills for this sprain or twist?
