Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am feeling left side nose block since 3 days. No other problems. Sneezing at times, 5-6 time in day. I recovered from mild covid in  first week of May

I have Left Side ear pain, and throat pain on the left side. I cannot even speak as it hurts, what should i do? My left Ear and left side of Throat keeps paining whole day. It has been a month since the pain started. One doctor gave me Azithromycin and Cetirizine it didn't help, another ENT Doctor gave me Ofloxacin+Cefixime, Ebastine, and Xylometazoline nasal drops but my pain is still there. Please tell me what medicine should i take? I can't even talk properly.

I have very big tonsils in size but they don't cause me any type of problem are they normal or a disease I have checked on google in results google ia showing that enlarge tonsil without pain is accociated with cancer is it correct please suugest did large tonsils mean cancer please help I am very much tense

2 months ago suffered from fever. Sometimes cough. Not regularly. Smell issues with me. Each things feel bad smell. I don't know what happened with me. No issues with daily exercise.

My mother had FESS surgery for mucormycosis on april 22nd. after 3weeks of surgery there is a noticeable swelling above and below the left eye. we went to several check-ups and crusting is being removed every time. doctor saying everything is good but he isn't saying to stop posaconazole. we are still on posaconazole . its been 4months , we are still in posaconazole treatment and swelling around eye not at all going down. is the swelling because of crusting? do we need to concern about the swelling. no other symptoms other than peri orbital swelling. no discharge, vision is good ,movement are good , no pain inside. sometimes when she sleeps in AC , her eye swelling will increase upto 2days with redness. if she sleeps without AC , swelling will not increase but it is persistent. im not getting what is happening? PLEASE HELPP.

Having sought ear pain ( left ear) Had it a week back and it subsided using Ear drop for a couple of days... It started paining since today morning again... Is Ciplox eardrop ok to be used?

I am having high fever since Monday and there is redness in my throat. Doctor suggested me augmetin 625mg, dolo 650 mg, aciloc 150mg, and monticop. After taking these, fever come down to 99 but there is pricking sensations in my throat. Its causing painful swallowing of saliva also and it is feeling like swollen from inside and nasal congestion is also there. There is no problem of cough. I have taken blood test, report shows absence of malaria, dengue, typhoid. PS - I had been covid positive also in the end of April. Kindly suggest please

Pus like liquid coming out of my ear with little blood . Is it pus because that has no bad smell . I also have pain on outer section of ear ?

Almost one month ago I suffered from cold recovered in 3-4 days but from that day I started to feel dizzy along with ringing sound in ears I visited neurologist for dizziness but before I could start medication dizziness stopped as I was travelling I didn't took medicines but ringing sound  ear pain & heavy forehead head + headaches still exist I do feel it's because of some ear issue so what tests should I do to know it's a ear infection or not
