Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am feeling slight pain in throat and also running low fever around 99.4 from about a week. I noticed a cyst type thing hanging along the left tonsil and whitish and pinkish type in colour. Attached the picture of the cyst (the circled one). and full throat also. Sorry the pictures are not clear as it is difficult to click cyst picture because of its location. Please tell whether its something serious?? I am quite worried regarding this. Also my tongue is blackish these days.

Sever pain in right ear.ear is also blocked.unable to speak and chew food due to pain. This happened since 07 Sep 21.

I am preparing for competitive exam.. i live in a flat that's why i have to put earphones while studying so that no-one can be disturbed.. i put earphones for studying online for daily on average of 6-7 hrs a day!! But from past 2-3 days i get a sudden minor pain in my ear it occurs suddenly!! Is earphones are the main cause for that??? I think so..

Is ct scan required if my husband pressed my neck in anger ?since then having neck pain and shortness of breath and left chest pain…ecg normal….I have already undergone many ct scans in the past now is this required???or will it get cured plz reply ASAP.TIA

Sometimes i feel throat tightness or throat blocked.after sometimes it goes away..but again it comes back...no pain nothing..no swallowing problem.. Please suggest me some medicines.

I was covid positive in April 2021. My symptoms were that both my ears got blocked, and I had breathing difficulty. My temp was 99 throughout and my oxygen level was also 98-99, pulse was higher all the time. Was in home isolation. Took necessary medications as prescribed. Post that I developed hyperacidity problem which is in control now. But my ears are still blocked and I still have breathing discomfort. Sometimes I feel chest tightness. Got my HRCT which was normal and showed no infection. Went to ent n got my ear checked again no infection. Lately I feel cough in my throat and my face and my head aches slightly. Please suggest. I have consulted more than 20 doctors so far and have got no relief and it's been 4.5 months now.
