Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi all, I'm suffering from severe ear pain but because it is Sunday no doctors are available in my locality My ear canal seems swollen and I have runny discharge. Can someone guide me with a medicine which can help in such emergency I had 2 ibugesic already in a gap of 10hrs. I have a history of ear wax issues and need to get it removed at times.

I have left tonsil swollen with severe neck cracking pain as I'm suffering from last 6 months. I have 4 years of smoking history and quitted smoking 6 months before. I have done 2 USG scanning which reported normal along with blood test and TB sputum test is also normal. Doctors saying it is due muscle pain in neck. But if I eat spicy food it will give a burning sensation and not for hot foods, other things I can eat comfortably. Few days back I found mucus with streaked blood. I went to ENT doctor at that instant, he advised some medicine and called to come back after 5 days to get an nasal endoscopy. I just want to know is the symptoms relevant to nasal or due to smoking. And pls suggest what is the step to be taken to clear the doubt on cancer or other disease. Thanks

I had white patches on my tonsils with mild pain and 2 days of fever which went away with crocin. I had been on antibiotics for 20 days starting 3 days mox 500, 6 days augmentin duo 625, Sumo cold and xyzal m, after 1 day of completing augmentin white patches returned on both the tonsils again. Then went to ENT he put me on 12 days of antibiotics different than mox augmentin. Now I have white patch on right tonsil with no pain or irritation. During month there was absolutely almost no pain and irritation except for 2 days. Should I be concerned about it?

Hi Greetings, Trust you are doing good. My kid was suffering with Nose ployps from last 2 Months, We have consulted some General Practician and he has prescribed "cetirizine hydrochloride" which we had given to kid for 20 days and could see no improvement. And the nose polyps are growing back when there is windy or cold weather especially night blocking the nose which made kid difficult to breathe night time this effecting kids sleep. As we know nasal steroids spray many not be good for kid, we are looking to understand what would be the best treatment available for kids without much side effects. And this could be because of hay fever or pollen? And the kid poo also giving a lot of foul smell we can't even stand nearby when his toilet time ...and from last one year he poo's only once in two days, not sure if this is related here... Appreciate your kind response on this.
