Hello, I have had this lump behind my ear for about 2 months by now, it's painless, it's small, apparently it's a lymph node, what kind of anti biotic should I take to put it down?

Please what is in front of my tonsil is it a normal bump tissue or abnormal growth or a cyst note I have enlarge tonsil from birth please suggest I am very much tense

Since then I am taking my medicine along daily steam and nasal wash but still there is not much improvement in my symptoms. Does it really take so much time for allergic rhinitis to go away? Any other natural remedy or nasal spray that I can use to reduce my symptoms?

It's been 3 days , I have a mild irritated feeling in my left ear. I don't have cold or any other pain. It isn't pain , but a mild irritation. Using ciproflaxin as of now. Will it heal on its own ?
