Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last one week I am hearing less from left ear. Tried ear drops and oil as well. Please help me

Hi Doctor, Last week my wife had viral fever with flue and cough, we did malaria, dengue and typhoid test all test results are negative. Fever stayed for 2 days then gone after her head started spinning but till she is suffering with slight cough, head spin and feeling like head imbalance while standing. Pls see attached medication prescription as per GP suggestion. Pls advice any medication based her symptoms. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Can I give sinarest tablet to my mom along with microcef 200, Ebast DC, Mucolite SR tablets  bcz she has 100.1 F fever.. plz help me is it suitable to take sinarest with these 3 tablets?

Is this even recognised in India? It is called Upper airway resistance syndrome. I think I have it and it has destoyed quality of life for me. I think I have a narrow airway also, forward head posture and recessed profile. Please help

Hello sir/mam I am having redness and pain in the throat for 2-3 days with fever, fatigue and cough. There are some bumps on the tonsils with white dots on them and bumps on the back of the throat also. I visited a doctor he prescribed cefakind-500 Microdox- Lbx Ebast-M He told that it is viral infection. Here i am also attaching picture of my throat please tell me are these tonsil and throat bumps serious or they are because of the infection.

I have slight throat irritation for which I am doing hexidine gargle. My covid vaccination is scheduled for today so can I do hexidine gargle after taking vaccination?
