Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I keep getting ulcer on my hard palate between every 4-6 months. Skin peels and it burns like hell. This time it's given me a slight headache and neck pain. Skin is too delicate on the surface of the roof of my mouth. I have always had constipation problem. Sometimes I get a jaw pain on the left jaw and it makes it difficult to chew food. Also a misaligned wisdom tooth on the same side. Is this due to my wisdom tooth ? Or any infection Or deficiency ?

Dr. Roy ENT Nashik had checked my daughter's ears previously and told to put ear drops and told us to again visit him in this moth. I am not able to locate the button for taking appointment of my Dr. Roy ENT Nashik on this Practo app. How can I get his appointment for removing the wax ? The day shall be within next 2 or 3 days and the time shall be in the evening.

I am having redness and pain under my tongue, gums and mouth since 2 days. I am unable to swallow spicy and sour food.

I have polyp growth in right nose from 2014 . Now undergone homeopathic medicine from chandigarh last 2 years after trying many ayurvedic and homeopathic medicines from ambala. Now slightly felt polyp in the left nose as well.

Eardrum is perforated. Continuous pain in left ear with yellow liquid oozing out. Headache and vomit feeling from yesterday. Dizziness and unable to eat/drink due to that. No medication right now.

A lot of times in a day and especially at night I get itching in my left ear and liquid formation there.

How can I get my smell and taste  back ,for 6 days now I cant  smell stuff's.i cant taste food properly.i get a bit of smell when I sniff something  strongly  from close in ..but I don't get any taste of foods.. u literally scared..its come or not

I have a severe pain in my ear with the ear feeling heavy and also a small lymphatic mass seems to be present outside near the ear

My head feels heavy nose blocked and ears blocked..feel very uneasy and I don't wake up fresh at all. I want to get rid of this heaviness. I checked my ears if any dirt inside but nothing everything is clean.. I wonder if ever I am going to get relief or I have to be used to it..is it a permanent damage ? I tried exercise but didn't work .. Is it dried mucus there which is not ready to get out ? I tried steam but doesn't work. I think my whole life is affecting because of it. Please suggest me some strong medication to get relief soon or any injection.
