Alternate taste of food from 3 month i am take Vitmain b12 for nerves regeneration but until i can't able to eat anything

Whenever I eat something hot there is a burning sensation at the back of my throat. I am not really sure what is it? A couple of days ago I also had heartburn and a feeling of something stuck in my chest and this started since then. What could it be? Please advise. Thank you.

My 8 year old son had throat pain a month back with stomach pain vomiting, diarrhea and couldnt get diagonised properly due to improper medical. Now from 15 days he is continuously complaining of abdomen pain. There is no throat pain but reddish throat yet. Is this causing him recurrent throat pain. Doctor advised as viral gastritis. What can be the issue.

I have developed tongue bumps on back of tongue after almost 4.5 months of covid. Currently, I have been consuming some ayurvedic medicines for dizziness and fatigue. Hello sir, Recently i found out i have one side swollen tonsil (Right side) with no find but i feel some discomfort sometimes in that area. What shall i do? When i found out this was last friday i had throat infection and i had antibiotics for 3 days. That is when i saw the swollen part.
