Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have blocked nose and runny nose always, it will reduce only if i take motac LC tablet, is that ok if I take it continuesly, Two months befor a doctor sugested me this to take it for 1 month, he said it will autometicaly reduce but when i stopped taking it after 1 month it is still there if am not taking the tablet.

Mom has this post nasal drip since 2 days which his distributing her sleep. She doesn't have cold or cough which is coming out. Please advise medication on this

From 2-3 weeks i am having cough so can i still go and get the vaccine (sputnik v). I also have some food and dust allergies due to which i get fever once every 2-3 weeks. So if you can suggest should i get the vaccine or wait for some time.

From past few days suffering from nose blocking especially at night while sleeping Tomorrow amount of phlegm increased since evening Also suffered from body pain and headache in night After waking up in morning have dried blood in phlegm while clearing throat only once after that no blood in phlegm Please evaluate and prescribe Thankx in advance

Sir मझे 4 महिने से गले मे खुछ अडकने जैसा feel होता है। और छिक आने पर in back between two arms के muscles मे जोर से sensation होने लगता है feel like itching in inner muscle. Pllz sir ईसका कारन बताए । 3 महिने से medicine खा रहा हु कुछ change नहि है। अब मै क्या करु। plz help😭
