Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For past 2-3 days i have right ear clogged. Runny nose has stopped today but still ear is clogged. It popped once but soon it again got clogged. What should I do

Feeling some irriation block and pressure felt on my nose inside is this related sinus what should I do now

I had a left ear surgery two months ago after that my back portion of ear has infected not a very large portion. But small portion of infection is not recovering. Consult with my surgeon and I have taken antibiotic and also doing dressing with betadine lotion. But sometimes I found little fluid is discharging from that infected areas but not continuously. Infected portion is not recovering.

Iam feeling some irriation and pressure feeling inside my nose is this related to sinus or ant allergies
