I am having balgam in my throat...and my jaw is getting tight...i m feeling little bit uncomfortable...plz tell me that is it a thing to get scare or not plz doctor plz suggest me something plz 🙏 without only asking me consultation plz

It may be because of infection. Do warm saline gargles.
