Cobblestone throat
I've attached pictures.. I've these bumps in my throat which are encircled in the picture.. And this bump increases and decreases in size and I also have middle ear effusion of eustachian tube... I get sore and burning sensation in my throat and ear sometimes and these happen only on the right side where the bump is .... Are these bumps normal? Or are these something to worry about?

Your pics suggest that you are having chronic granular pharyngitis.. Its a type of chronic infection of the throat. The source of infection could be either sinuses or due to acidity. Please consult a ENT specialist directly for examining and confirmation. A course of antibiotics and antihistamines along with steam inhalation twice a day should be the desired course of treatment. If having acidity a course of antacids would also be needed
