Cobblestone throat
I have been suffering from cobblestone throat from last 4 months after some time of lockdown. Consulted couple of ENT's who diagnosed it as reflux pharyngitis. I have been on a very strict diet and medication from last 3 months...I had 2 symptoms that is cobblestone throat and burning in the throat... the burning sensation in the throat has been reduced a bit but my throat still looks the same. Can anyone please suggest how much tym it will take to heal my throat? Please help.

Hello, the cobblestone appearance is due to enlargement of small lymphoid collection in the throat mucosa. The lymph organs or nodes enlarged fast but reduce over few weeks. Secondly if there is some symptoms, even mild then please consult a gastroenterologist and /or get h. Pylori gastritis checked and treated. Even allergic pharyngitis can cause cobblestone appearance for which take antihistamines with decongestants Finally, there are so much information about reflux and lifestyle changes, pl follow for few months. Even then the cobblestone appearance may not reduce. Its ok to be like that as long as you are asymptomatic.
Next Steps
Consult a gastroenterologist first and then an ENT specialist afterwards
