Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

So last year when i put a q tip inside my ear it was fine, but when i rolled it, upper part of the ear canal hurt, i checked with ent, he did put a metalic thing and checked when he touched the skin of the outer canal, it did hurt like a stabby pain, even after a year when I gently put q tip, same feeling, this is happeningg in left ear, right ear i can gently clean without issues, is there any issue with ear canal? And yes i dont use qtip just to check the same issue, i tried it very very gently but the same.. Is there some issue with the cartilage/bone there? Please help.

Hello Docs, I am suffering for GERD from 2 Months. Right now I am taking the Patacoid 80mg night once and morning ganaton 1. I get a throat pain, dry throat and horness sound from throat some time (burp). There is a nerve pain near my ear. Sometimes feels something got struck in throat. I have stopped  eating spicy foods, bekary foods and coffinated beverages. Please suggest so that I can consult proper doc for early resolution. Attached the endoscopy report.

Doctor please see my attached report. Is this serious something? I have taken antibiotics but still I feel pain in right side submandibular region just below the jaw .. and discomfort also. Any suggestions?

I doing surgery of my ear in 2018 after that ryt now in this rainy season I got suffered from ear infection my ear get also swallowed and i also feel itching outside my ear and buring effect also. Also daringe comes out my both ears pls suggest me

I had gone through  cholesteatoma surgery but after surgery got the pseuomonas aerugionsa infection and the doctor suggest meropenem injections 8days 3times per day. I had taken but the infection is reduced while taking injections once we stop the injections the infection came back as like before. Could you please suggest on this issue.

Doctor , I have had this throat pain which is not noticeable on most days. When I swallow though I can feel my whole throat sore and one pinpoint location where it seems to hurt.I smoked for two years heavily in the past. I have had a throat infection in the past and once and it got so bad that I quit smoking and went to the emergency room around this same time as may have ingested liquid in which I suspect a small (half rice grain size) glass piece may have been there in around 2018, October. Since then this pinpoint pain is there. I read that glass is dissolved by the stomach acids.A XRay of the abdominal region did not show any foreign object when I did it three years ago. A larynx scope exam was prescribed to me , but I never got around to doing it because I was tired of visiting doctors and queues at the government hospitals(I was a student then) and may have delayed diagnosis and treatment. A recent Brain MRI (for psychiatric condition) is attached and says my sinus is an issue.
