Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Had a viral fever 15 days back with running nose and cough and got recovered in 5 days with 3 day as fever having temperature of 102. Since recovery i am allergic to onion. Can't eat it 'cause it taste/smell as rotten egg. Eating onion based food triggers me nausea and sometimes headache and throat congestion. Any remedies please. Past:Already had covid in May 21. But had no symptoms or any allergic sign after recovery.

I have been taking Montair LC from last 4 plus year, I want stop this medicine, as I stop taking this medicine, I get running nose and uncontrollably itchy body, Then I have to start it back, any suggestions how to gradually stop it, Can I break medicine into half and take it?
