  4. Nasal alergies. Suggest some remedies!

I get cold starting with sneezing once after two weeks. I don't get cold when it's summer going on and I take lots of cold drink and ice cream and still I am fine But problem is when it's cold atmosphere outside and I get cold overnight while sleeping under fan. Please suggest some remedies
