Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I m 29 year male, I have been suffering from excessive yawning and sticky throat from last 6 month . Some time yawn is not satisfied so need to take a deep breath from mount  What could be the reason ?

I can see a type of small skin lump in front of my both tonsils they are looking like pea shape but they are seen to be attached with my tonsil from downside please see and tell is it a normal growth or a tumor please tell

I have seen a pea sized bump near both my tonsils they are front of tonsils in down side near tounge what are they is it a tumor or any thing else please tell note - they don't distrub in my daily routine

Hi Doctor, iam using thyroxinol tablet from one month, now my TSH, T3,T4 are normal. Can I take covid 2nd dose vaccine now. At the time of 1st Dose I dont have thyroid .
