Cervical reactive lymphadenopathy
Last 9 months recurrent pain in right side submandibular region. And I had acid reflux. Now my 3D ct report say multiple subcentimetric and enlarged oval shaped hypodense homogenously enhancing nodes are seen in bilateral Level IB, Level II, V. No e/o any necrosis foci calcification.average size is 7×4mm. And largest one is 18×7mm in right level IB with preserved fatty hilum.
