I’ve been dealing with swollen lymph node for almost 2 months now, diagnosed as reactive lymphadenopathy based on my FNAC reports, which showed no concerning features like hardness or fixation. USG: (Multiple small lymph nodes noted in bilateral cervical region, largest measuring 1.0 × 1.2 cm. Nodes are oval in shape, hypoechoic with preserved fatty hilum, smooth margins, and mobile, No necrosis, calcification, or abnormal vascularity.
Features suggestive of reactive etiology.
No sinister pathology seen.) I’ve tried two full antibiotic courses first Amoxicillin, then Zifi-CV (cefixime + clavulanate) combined with Metrogyl and even added chymotrypsin, there’s been absolutely no improvement or change in size. They feel different in size throughout the day. I’m getting really anxious about why it’s persisting this long, especially since the antibiotics didn’t help, and I’d appreciate your advice on next steps...
