From one month sometimes I notice small cut inside my nose I applied cipladine in it got well but today I noticed the same cut at nose at the same spot which cream  I should use kindly guide

Whenever I eat something hot there is a burning sensation at the back of my throat. I am not really sure what is it? A couple of days ago I also had heartburn and a feeling of something stuck in my chest and this started since then. What could it be? Please advise. Thank you.

My 8 year old son had throat pain a month back with stomach pain vomiting, diarrhea and couldnt get diagonised properly due to improper medical.
