Fluid in middle ear and pain

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Dear doctor Last 4 days I Have pain in left ear. After Going to doctor he told fluid has build up in middle ear. Type b tymphonomatry. Moderate hearing loss is there What is the best treatment for that. Will the fluid clear by it’s own. Or the hearing loss is permanent.

This condition is known as OTITIS MEDIA WITH EFFUSION could be because of EUSTACHIAN TUBE DYSFUNCTION The fluid will clear once the edema and inflammation subsides The hearing loss is not permanent
