Hi, I noticed redness behind my left ear yesterday. it hurts when I touch, is it an infection? Please help. Thankyou.

It could be an infection or inflammation. Visit  an ENT for ear evaluation.

warm compresses over the area, take paracetamol for pain. if inflammation extend to the ear cartilage it will  have to be  treated promptly
