I was a chronic smoker since 5 years . Quit smoking since 1.5 month . I have been experiencing throat pain especially while swallowing and can also see white patches on the roof of my throat . My sputum is also dark in colour I am scared please help me

Today morning I felt sore throat and when I cleaned my throat I can see bloody mucus like 3 times after that I don't see any mucus I had fried Chicken and cold Pepsi yesterday night after having I felt sore throat I have quitted the smoking but 3 days back I smoked 3 cigarettes for 2 days during travelling so is it serious I am facing this issue every year in December whenever I get cold I face this problem

Hello Doctors please help, I had right-side upper and lower wisdom tooth extraction 6 days ago. Since then I have one-sided facial and ear pain, nasal sensitivity to cold air, and congestion. From yesterday, yellow mucus is draining from the right nostril into my mouth with a bad/old taste. Mild chills, no fever. I’m breastfeeding.
