Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I get dizzy while hungry and walking, what to do? Blood sugar is okay all the time? Blood tests are also fine what to do?

I had fever, cold and streep throat 2 days back. I asked doctor and having oxyzyme 625, CALPOL 650 thrice a day and bilatin m once a day before food. I don't have any fever right now. And I am feeling some relaxation in streep throat too. I am inhaling VapoRub steam twice a day and girgling salt warm water thrice a day.. today morning while clearing cough I observe some blood with it. I am attaching my throat pic with it. Kindly guide.

I was admitted in hospital for wbc n platelets less count that time my throat and voice was completely ok but due to dr mistake on 5th day i lost my voice on 27th march theni consulted ENT Dr he performed larygoscopy and found that i have bilateral ulceration of vocal cords he gave me 15 days medicine n voice rest ifollowed it then again next 1 month relative voice rest but i didn't followed it and talk to much againdr told me u didn't followed this but at least follow for next 1 month plz but again i did same or even shouted in one argument for 5 min which caused me so much pain now a little bit voice is coming from 15 days but nowi have a fear that my problem increased or my ulcers increased due to excessive talking for 1 month will it form to granuloma will my voice recover to normal bczi can't talk in loud voice or even horse voice coming after 20 days there will be 3 months of voice lost but not followed voice rest since 1.5 months plz tell me will it create further problem

I have a severe vocal cord ulcers i heard that u cannot whisper or speak in low voices to avoid strain or even after the healing of ulcer u cant whisper but i have a habit of doing japmala in that chanting of mantras i do silently like only small voice comes like whispering so what to do now after healing of ulcer can again start my japmala chanting with low voive likw whispering will it create further prblm???

I want to ask u how the vocal cords vibrate i mean if i speak loudly in mind will my vocal cord vibrate or if i keep my mouth close and then speak in mind loudly but tongue moves little bit then will it vibrate bcz i am on voive rest but i wanted to do affirmation for my health but can't speak so i wanted to do it in mind but continuously speaking same sentence in mind makes toungue to move a little even if mouth is closed so i m afraid that it will vibrate my vocal cord and then my ulcers will become more problematic plz guide me how to talk in mind continuosly without vibrating vocal cords bcz some people said if u talk loudly even in mind and toungue moves then your vocal cords gets vibrates so it will create further prblm for u so plz explain me in detail

He is getting dry cough whenever eat sweet , fruits and it is not continuous and only eat something like as mentioned

Almost 10 months ago I had a common cold and cough. While the cold resolved the cough lasted a bit longer but resolved eventually. Since then my throat hasn't healed. I also sing and I noticed that pushing my voice at times Worsened the condition. I don't have a cough, mucus or any other symptoms now but my voice has become husky, and no longer has the same clarity and vibrancy it feels like something is constantly blocking it . Is there any problem in my vocal chords or what is it ?

I am suffering from dizziness along with blocked nose and ear. Whenever I am travelling I feel pressure beside the ear and head and the neck got stiff. I have done ear test which suggests right peripheral vestibular leison. There is negative pressure in both ear. One ENT specialist suggested that I have DNS and sinus and it's putting pressure in my vestibular system. I have done brain MRI where there is no remarkable problem is written. Only remarkable statement is "few discrete t2 flair hyperintensities seen in the subcortial area of fronto paretal lobe". As per neurologist it's vestibular migraine. I have tried both migraine and sinus medicines for 2 month each. Currently I am taking Alaspan m twice, xylomist 0.1 nasal spray thrice daily with steam and zevert md24 and tryptomer at night. It's been a long time I am facing this difficulty and it's affecting my daily life.i can't go outside alone as am feeling always anxious due to the dizziness and rapid heart rate with short of breath
