I have a hearing problem in my right ear for the past few days. Earlier, when I inserted my finger in the ear, the hearing would reduce and then return to normal, but now it stays reduced all the time. No pain, discharge, fever or anything else. It is uncomfortable, I cannot hear properly from that ear. Please advise on the next steps.

Something struck like feeling in throat from three days without pain and no problem in swallowing. When I drink water and taken food, this feeling gone some time. Next few minutes same problem happens once again.

Am having continuous cough from last 3 weeks. I also have cold and mucus comes out when coughing. Since last 1 week, I sometimes get severe bout of cough and end up vomiting.
