Wooshing in my left ear
Hi, few weeks ago i had severe cold and while i was inhaling steam to clear it up i blew hard from my nose , which impacted my right ear as i felt like low pressure but it resolved immediately but my left ear after that kept wooshing noises and its only noticeable in empty room. I still have cold but it is really bothering me it was gone yesterday but i woke up today and it is back.

Avoid steam inhalation when you have running nose with thick yellow or green phlegm which can infection the ear via eustachian tube. While inhalation we do inhale lot of air nasally which paves the route for entry into the middle ear by creating positive pressure with flow of Air
