Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have developed these small bump, movable, soft from the past 1 month. I have shown it to doctors they are not worried about it. What might be it ? Please suggest further plans

For a week i m having sore throat..attaching pics..had fever for 2 days..now no fever..feeling of swelled roof of the mouth..and feeling of thorn like while swallowing on extreme right end of throat..plz tell what to do

M27 here who has been smoking cigarettes from 2020–2022 of about 3 a day and from 2024– till now about 7–8 a day. Has done pft twice now which were normal and done chest xray twice which were normal. Last test were on august 6, 2025. I ALSO DID FIXED LARYNGOSCOPY TEST IN BETWEEN MAY–JUNE 2025 WHICH WAS ALSO NORMAL TOO. So, whenever I clear my throat by inducing cough to check is there anything. After many many times of inducing cough and clearing my throat i get a minuscule amount of blood. So Do i have to get another larengoscopy? And was blood caused by forceful and repetitive coughing given the fact that i did larengoscopy just 3 months back?

Right ear seems to be blocked after using earphones. No pain is observed but ear appears to be blocked.

June 2025: Developed mild blood-tinged sputum (only in the first morning expectoration). Episode lasted for ~1 week, then resolved spontaneously without specific treatment. No recurrence since then. No associated cough, fever, breathlessness, or chest pain. Chest X-ray: showed small nodular opacities, repeat X-ray after 21 days was unchanged. No history of smoking, TB, or chronic lung disease. Till today no symptoms and blood. Attached chest xray

I am experiencing consistent discharge from ear , it is not drying even from Amoxicillin and my ent doctor has advised not to eat cold things even banana , can i eat banana as it is only fruit which I like eating?

Since last few days i hear a ringing sound on one ear when there's silence or when i block my ear with my finger. I have a habit of using earbuds in one ear and having been using like that since months but i keep the volume moderate. Now i feel heaviness and ringing sound in that ear. Is it something serious?

After a viral fever, I'm feeling heaviness in both ears and pressure on the back of my head. Due to the pressure on my back and the heaviness in my ears, my eyes are not working properly; they are feeling pressure while working, and I'm having pain in my head. I went to three ENT specialists, and they all said it's just because of a cold and cough, with no inner or middle ear inflammation. But I'm a bit confused because I'm getting sudden sweating and feeling dizziness at night during sleep and early in the morning. It looks like my blood pressure is reducing. Please suggest something. All the doctors have ruled out any possibilities of vertigo, labyrinthitis, or vestibular issues.
