Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi all , Is there any diagnostic tests to verify Vertigo due to inner ear disease. 1)I went to Ent ,he did some hand movements tests said I dnt have vertigo. Could be cervical spondylitis gave muscle relaxant . Didn't change anything . Infact after stopping vertin felt it was better to take it . 2) I went to neurologist , did MRi brain , cervical spine , it was normal except two spots of demyelination which in contrast MRi did not get  enhanced. Doc said means not active . He said I could have vertigo . Now when I am taking betahistine 48mg in the morning feeling fine till night , but early morning again sir is spinning . It's quite uneasy. My B12 , VIT D is within normal range . What should I do next .

I have been diagnosed with acute follicular tonsillitis and i am on cepodem xp 325 , took 2 doses but still there are pus pockets i can see. Also fever is constantly 99.4 to 99.8 even after taking paracetamol and aceclofenac Does fever takes longer to subside?

Since oct 2024 i have white tongue its so irritating that i cant eat my throught pains like something struck there . I havent been eating good its like i am loosing all my energy i feel weak . What tests to be done to jnow what is this problem . I couldnt maintain good idet i used to eat a meal per day and sleep all the time as i used to feel week and my bones joints ache . My tongue hurts as i scrape the cream and it also bleeds . Its been months since i went out of my house because i feel too weak pls help me 1 . All the tests to be take mention each and every test pls 2. I might have malnutrition , vitamin deficiencies , STD , STI , Dehydration , Fungal infection , Pre Diabitese , or anything 3. Mention tests accordingly pls i want to be sure about what problem am i facing 4 . My mouth sometime feels dry and saliva thick even my lips get dried and bleed sometimes 5 . Please doctor suggest me all the tests i want to sure please clear my mind i feel dead from inside

I'm diagnosed with sensorineural hearing loss and tinnitus.. I'm facing this problem from past 15-18 years. In there any absolute treatment for the same?

I am having white tongue and throught pain i couldnt eat food properly even when i am hungry . I tried to scrape the white layer it bleeds and my gums bleed . The white layer is all over my tongue it smells bad . I feel fatigue and couldnt do anything all my body hurts and i feel black my vision suddenly blurrs and goes black like i am about to faint . My joints hurt . All i can do is sleep . I have been eating only one meal a day since an year as i caoukdnt eat due to the throught issue . Please doctor suggest me what tests should i take 1. I am in a lot of stress and my hair falls out too much excessively 4 . I have nad breath , creamy tongue which doesnt go off since oct 2024 5. I couldnt maintain a proper diet since an year and i am underweight 6 . I havent gone out since months as i am feeling weak 7. Pls suggest me with all the tests doct

Nose is getting blocked and after using nasal drops it is getting unblocked then also not able to breathe properly more sweating Breathing through mouth Getting tired Not able to sleep due to breathing issues Do I need to do covid test? Medicine suggestions?

Please prescribe me a proper and long term medicine for my dry throat , tightness in the throat with pain and cough. This happens only in the evenings and there is mild soreness as well due to.which when I sit down for dinner I get the feeling that I may choke. As well as I get frequent burps as well and feel nausea and feel like some liquid comes up with the burping and after this I feel a little choked to swallow but then within a few minutes I feel better. I m taking deriphyiliin r 150 with levolin inhaler and seroflo inhaler Alongwith  ventidox m only at nights with this course of medication I get some relief. But I want a permanent solution or a single medicine to control this symptoms.

Dr told i have mild dns for that i am facing blocked nose often pharyngitis sinusitis often Which is the better test to perform ct pns or nasal endoscopy.

I have chronic sore throat and visited my ent and physician several times in the past year.Did fiber optic laryngoscopy once and doctor said all okay. Doctor usually dismiss saying that it's allergy .In Jan my IGE was 150iu/ml.i have acidity issues also.2 weeks back went to my ent and he said all looks okay and I don't have any clinical symptoms. When I came back home I found this lump in the back of throat.though I don't have any other symptoms,I am not sure is it normal.kindly sugggest what should I do??I did a total of 4 visit in last year to ent 3 to physician and and they dnt recommend any further testing.why I am not getting a proper line of treatment,I have visited a good well know ent surgeon in my area but my questions are not answered.
