Hi, Before sleeping at night I have to use otrivin, to unblock my nose. Its been going on for last 15 days. How to cure this?

STOP using otrivin IMMEDIATELY Ideally it has to be used only for 3 to 5 days using it for longer will cause dependence. Try to avoid any drops at the night Instead do steam inhalation before sleeping and go to bed Even then you are having blocked feeling use “normal saline nasal drops” 2drops before sleeping This should work
