Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had undergone tympanoplasty surgery 1 year ago, but my hearing is not improved, i have attached my Operated ear image is it fine?

From last July 2024 , I have been suffering facing and nose bridge pain and ear popping, and headache front , temples and back Have consulted 6-7 ent , all of prescribed antibiotics antihistamine, fluticason spray , But not reliving symptoms Puretone audiometry Impedance audiometry is normal Ct scan pns attached If it is not related to the sinus then migraine can cause this facial pain ear popping??? After taking antibiotics, pain relief but reoccurring

I am a teacher sometimes I need to shout in class and my voice is gone. Feel strain in throat due to teaching my voice has changed ( bhari ho gyi hai awaj) it seems like I am sore throat from my voice. I don't like my voice please suggest permanent solution

Nose is blocked from many months,ear pain eyes pain ,headache continuously.Discomfort in breathing..

My 10 month son have continue running nose since last 2 months, we are giving him ambrodil drops and atarax drops since it appeared as per doctor's advice. However it is not controlled... please suggest something.

I was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease in 2020. Initially, I only experienced dizziness, which I managed for several years without major hearing issues. Over the past year, my condition worsened with sudden fluctuating hearing loss and constant negative pressure in my ear, described as a “blocked” sensation. This is worst in the morning and improves slightly during the day. Steroid treatment provides relief for about a week, but symptoms always return once it stops. I underwent sinus surgery four months ago to address possible contributing factors, but there was no improvement. An attempt to insert a ventilation tube failed due to a narrow ear canal. My hearing varies significantly — on bad days, I use a hearing aid; on better days, I don’t need it. Infections such as colds or sinus problems trigger severe flare-ups lasting up to two weeks, with increased pressure, hearing loss, and difficulty focusing. I am open to life time interventions that offer long term solution.

I don't know why I am getting Continuously Cold And Running Nose . If I Take tablet it will stop for 2 days and after 2 days again it's the same situation. I don't know what is the reason for this . Suggest me some tablets to get rid of this problem . If not , whom( which  specialist ) need I to consult for this problem .
