Which cotton buds are good for ear cleaning. I am getting wax issues, if I go to the doctor they scratch my ear while wax removal and it happens every 2 months.So, what can I do at my home?

I have been feeling my left ear has been clogged for the last 3 months. It's not continuous. I can feel this on alternate days. And also I have a lymph node from last year (not very palpable) just below my left ear (between jaw and ear). I had a neck ultrasound a year before, lymph node reported as subcentrometric 1b and II LN with well maintained fatty hilum. And also for the ear, I consulted an ENT. Had a CT temporal bone. The result is normal. But still I feel the clogging in the ear sometimes. Sometimes it's very irritating. What to do in this case? Is it possible that LN is putting pressure from inside to the left ear canal? Thanks

I have been on Medication for ear blocks for 1.5 yrs, I have visited multiple doctors in Mumbai but not getting the root cause. On monday i travel by Train at hilly area experience both ear block for some time only but while I was returning back to Mumbai on Wednesday by train, at hilly area, experience both ear block and dizziness, congested nose, shortness of breath little bit, during entire travel and even going by Auto to home.do not had cough/cold, mucus in nose/throt. I took Vetin16 before boarding train in long travel. Pls advise how to handle this situation or emergency,. Any medical test can help to find root cause. One of Ayurvedic doctor told me Excess Pitta leads to this situation.

I am suffering from severe head spin while twisting and turning while sleeping, and sometimes during drinking water direct from bottle or even picking something from floor. Namaste Doctors, I am 26 years old. I had a fever, cough with throat pain last week. I had consulted a medicine specialist locally. I was prescribed crocin 650, indclav 625 twice a day for 5 days, Breaze L OD for 5 days and ascoril d plus cough syrup. I have taken cough syrup much as prescribed. Now, I don't have throat pain or fever but, I have cough and every time, I usually get cough, it takes time to cure. Since, yesterday, I have been seeing blood in my sputum when I get cough in the morning for the first thing after waking up. This persists for 1-2 hours of coughing. Then, the rest of the day, I don't see any blood in cough and mostly, get dry cough. I had a Pantocid dsr this morning. Could you please advise me what I should do ? I usually have chronic tonsil and tonsil stones issues. I am thinking even after taking antibiotics, is the infection still present in the throat or coming from the upper chest. Thanks.
