Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Feeling cut mark on throat sometime but not always..it's 5 days now..Any concern??and how to recover.

I have fever and cough for 4 days..fever gone..but cough is there..I feel cut mark on the throat sometime but not always..it's been 7 days...

I had left ear pain,fever,cold in April and later started using medicines, it got reduced. But again in June, I ate ice cream, which again gave  me a cold, fever and ear pain. The first two reduced through medicines, but left ear pain was mild and constant. I ate bubblegum to release the pressure on the left side, it got reduced after 25 days. But sometimes it is very mild due to cold air. But since the last 2 weeks, I had dizziness and my head suddenly feels weight and it makes me very difficult while walking. At first, it was only for some time, but since last week, I could feel dizzy almost all day while doing work or walking. I have also taken a blood test last month, in which ESR is 20 but should be in the range of (0-12). Could you please suggest what could be the possible issue, is it due to ear related or anything?

Suffering from itchy and redness in throat and itchy in ears and nose from 4 years and we didn't find the exact allergies and consulted doctors but they all prescribed anti allergic pills and antibiotics which seems to be working but only for a few days and starts again if she eats a sour fruits and she is struggling to understand the reason for her condition , not understanding about the condition she has , I don't think it's allergy . when we consult a doctor they said that her throat is wounded like redness and all Note : she suffered from severe  fungal infection on skin on body before but it's gone after medication and treatment and this condition started just after 1 year after fungal infection

My sister having ear pain and Head ache and heaifall...and tooth ache is also there ..before 3 months she had bells palsy.. recovery was good but earpain was not resolving...as ear pain starts after tha headache starts..went to neurologist say to connect ent...shown to ent sai ear drum is ok...but ask for temporal bone ct scan ..gave tab 1 week... photo is attached...

From last 10 days.My throat got red inside. Problem in eating. Little pain in neck and throat. Difficulty in swallowing.

I saw a painless lump under my ear right where neck starts. What could it be? I recently had typhoid but it's been 20 days since the diagnosis and i am fine. Why is lump there, can it be cancer i am worried. My CBC and ESR was also normal

What is the treatment for vestibular neuritis and what is the recovery period . Can it reoccur once treated

Hello Doctor, I have been taking Vasoprazan for the past 15 days. Recently, my left ear pain has increased. I also have tinnitus (ringing in ears) for the last 3 years. Could this be related to the medication? Can you suggest any over-the-counter (OTC) medicine or ear drops for relief? Thank you.
