Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Coughing from last 10 days looking like chest blocked no relief at all sleeping problem due to cough

From the last few months I feel spinning in the head , so I go for a check up, pte test normal but ENG test showing left peripheral vestibular system lesion , kindly guide which medicine should I take??

My wife is having frequent ear infection in left ear. 15years back she did a surgery on left ear. Again she is feeling some periodical issues and taking medication and it settles. When we check doctors they suggested for operation and second opinion suggested no operation can manage the infection with medications. Attaching the report if scan did one year back as well as second one taken recently. Need help to decide whether immediate operation is required or can take after 3-4 months

One year passed away , I feel ear heaviness when lie flat on bed , and nose bridge pain , facial puffiness and redness in periorbital region, Pain feel upper back of ear both sides , CT scan pns carried out , A lots of antibiotics and anti histamine,steam inhalation, saline and steroid nasal spray has been used as prescribed by Dr Have consulted 5-6 docs , after observing ear , every one said ears are normal, Brain MRI done for chronic headache that is quite normal, In summer season I felt some relief, but now again same pain hurting Impedance audiometry purtone audiometry normal

I am having head spins and unbalance had visited a ENT and been prescribed medicines what is the recovery time in such cases

Polypoidal hypodense mucosal thickening seen in right sphenoid sinus with blockage of the sphenoethmoidal recess & extending into posterior ethmoid sinus and right nasal cavity. It is reaching upto the posterior choana. Mild mucosal thickening is seen in bilateral maxillary (R>L), left sphenoid and left posterior ethmoid sinuses - suggested clinical correlation for ? sinonasal polyposis / ? sinusitis. Please suggest the cause and how to treat, is this a serious issue?

We have consulted physician on Practo on 8th July 2025 and completed 5 days treatment of my mother for Mumps infection. By when will we be able to see the swelling near ear and cheek going away completely ? Thank you.

I am suffering from itching and liquid flows out occasionally. Severe itching sometimes ,white colour liquid comes out

I start sneezing uncontrollably after getting exposed to AC for some time. This is hampering my productivity at office. Also while travelling in public transport as well the same thing happens. I start getting an irritation in the nose followed by non stop sneezing and then stuffy nose.

I have Tinnitus and it has been a year now. Last year june I was diagnosed with Tinnitus by the government hospital doctor. As I belong from a small town and there no private hospital and the government doctors said that tinnitus are not treatable and I have to live with that and gave some medication to ease it. And sometimes there was low  ringing on my ear and sometimes it was too much. And on the 4 months it was as if completely gone. And after 5 months it came back and  i again went but this time a new doctor and the doctor said that the ringing on ear is because my eardums or something near it is redish... So I should avoid cold.
