Cure for BPPV at home..started today morning. Last diagnosed in 2020. Go treated. Started again today

I have been noticing since 2 years that my SpO2 remains between 96-95% whereas everyone in my family gets 98-99% on the same device. I don't have any issue nor any history of disease but still I don't know why it remains in this range. I read on internet that it is below normal range and I check it daily twice. Is it concerning?

I have one small Granular pharyngitis, in my throat. Someone please suggest me any medication? I tried warm water gargle, allegra and betadine. But nothing worked. Suggest me something

I drank a sip of bleach liquid, immediately felt burning sensation on tongue. I threw it immediately. I am very much sure that it did not go inside; immediately flushed out with water.  It happened accidentally as it was kept beside fridge; thought it was water.  It happend at 2 pm yesterday night. . I feel reddish tongue with burning sensation. I saw a physician today who prescribed antibiotics, multivitamin tablet, combiflam and a thick solution to keep on tongue on as needed. I am worried. I much it may take to heal. Otherwise, I am doing all ADL without problem. Please opine sir.

My doctor prescribed me to take vestibular rehabilitation excercises in the hospital but I can see vestibular rehabilitation excercises in youtube,Are bot are same or I should take in hospital only?

My 14yr old son was having fever 102 and it subsided after taking medicines for 3days still continuing the course.  after taking montek lc ambroxol SR he was having severe cough so now dr. prescribed syrup rapitus 7ml for dry cough. Still he is coughing, he feels as some cough is stuck above throat and its not coming causing tickling feeling and continuous dry cough. He feel better by warm water and salt gargle. How to stop this dry cough, its irritating him lot

My brother(25 yrs) has low immunoglobulin levels(IgG - 200,IgM- below 10.0,IgA- 14.0) and we checked his immunoglobulin levels since he was falling sick from past 1 year(like eczema,cough and cold).So the doctor suspected he might be having CVID( Primary immunodeficiency) due to low immunoglobulin levels and suggested a genetic test since my grandfather also had low immunity in his late 50s but  the genetic test results showed no CVID( NO PATHOGENIC OR LIKELY PATHOGENIC VARIANTS CAUSATIVE OF THE REPORTED PHENOTYPE WERE DETECTED ) He repeatedly gets only a cough and cold(no fever )and takes almost 3 to 4 weeks to get recovered.Eczema also started very recently and it is healed now.No other symptoms apart from above symptoms So I want to know if he really has  CVID or any other immune disorder

My daughter has frequent cold and viral , she has grade 4 adenoid. I want to postpone the surgery for some years.

I have a chronic red throat from a year have checked with 3 doctors did allergy test ige was 150iu/ml both times .Doctor says nothing to worry.last month saw this lump type thing near tonsil it still there.I have asked online but doctor said it's normal.its been a year I am struggling with throat issue without any answers..Any advice??
