Is it a big problem if there is a hole in the eardrum? what treatment options are available? thank you!

Hey! I have been suffering from a consistent dry cough for the past couple of weeks. I have tried home remedies as well as ayurvedic meds, but cough still persists. It gets resolved for the time period in which I am on a medication course, but it comes again after I stop the meds. This happens whenever I get sick, all other symptoms resolve but cough persists for a very long time. Any good suggestions or advice would be very beneficial. Thanks in advance!

I am having eye pain so opthalmologist told me it's early miebomitis and today took an pns xray as had facial pain too .have attached the xray is it anything to be worried about .is the facial pain causing this eye and half headache and behind eye pain or how .what should be done next .taking doxy 1 lr forte for 5days .

Hi Doc, I got in a fight unfortunately on 16th oct and was hit on the right side of the face. Since then I am feeling heaviness in the right ear like it's blocked. But there is no pain or any issue in hearing. Please suggest further course of action Thank you
