Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For the last five years I have been suffering from granular pharyngitis. Whenever this problem occurs, it causes severe pain and stinging in the throat. It lasts for a 10 days. I have been prescribed tablets for acidity. I take some antibiotics and they are suppressed again but they never go away completely. Then, after three or four months, they get activated again. Why is it that this problem has been going on for the last five years but it does not go away completely? I am now fed up with this problem. I am a child psychologist by profession. I have to talk a lot and due to all these problems, i am not able to talk much, I feel restricted . I also have the problem of silent acid reflex. Is there any permanent solution for this? i don't have any addiction . I do turmeric salt water gargling every day and it makes me feel better temporarily, but once in four or five months, it gets activated again and it hurts a lot. Please guide me.

I’ve been struggling with Eustachian Tube Dysfunction (ETD), mostly in my right ear. Symptoms included heaviness, fullness, popping, squeaks during Valsalva, and sometimes temporary tinnitus. My left ear is affected only occasionally. I also have allergies and high IgE levels, which make things worse. With treatment, the squeaking has reduced and the ear feels lighter, though recovery is slow and up-and-down. My ENT also mentioned balloon dilation, but explained it carries some risks, so I’m unsure if it’s the right step. I’m managing with lifestyle changes like steam inhalation, diet control, and exercise, and slowly noticing improvement. Ti sir, 3 months back while doing warm salt gargle I drink some amount of salt water. Suddenly I got throat pain and my voice got low for some time. I went to ent doctor he prescribed some medicine and mentioned as throat burn due to URI (Upper respiratory infections). I took medicine for 7 days but no improvement. Then I went to my family doctor and he told it's an ulcer and he prescribed betadine gargle for 3 days. Next day my brothers 4 years old son suddenly pressed my throat and it pain for 30 minutes and some liquid type felt in my throat. My family dr sent me to ENT specialist he insert one thin rod and checked in his screen and told there is nothing serious and he asked me to take mucaine gel syrup two times daily. I have consulted 2-3 ENT doctors and did USG, barium swallow and CT scan with contrast but all came normal. Two times I got cured but after eating khatta aam again I got throat pain. So pls guide what was wrong with khatta aam.

My father is not getting taste from a month. Please suggest treatment to cure this for few times he faced the issue of mouth ulcers.

I feel like something is stuck in my throat on left side, I feel discomfort while swallowing. I feel that something is radiating from my throat to neck as I feel neck pain in center and also some ear pressure . I've been having some chest tightness and dry cough and also some burping.
