Stuffy Nose & Short Breath Since Long
I have short breath, stuffy, congested nose all year long since I can remember. I went to an ENT Doctor who looked at the inside of my nose, examined me & said I probably have dust allergy and said he could hear the congestion at the back of my throat making my voice thick. After taking his prescription & drops, nothing changed. I still get sick all year and have stuffy nose, shortness of breath and feel like i get winded very quickly and can never get enough breath in. What do i do? I have been struggling since years.

Meet an ENT specialist. You will need endoscopy and ct scan. If it is allergy then allergy testing can be considered.

I think you need a proper nasal endoscopy to see the severity of the disease. Consult and ENT specialist
