Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I don't know why I am getting Continuously Cold And Running Nose . If I Take tablet it will stop for 2 days and after 2 days again it's the same situation. I don't know what is the reason for this . Suggest me some tablets to get rid of this problem . If not , whom( which  specialist ) need I to consult for this problem .

I noticed a small flat red patch on my inner cheek since 3-4 days.Its painless.I am concerned if its erythroplakia or a blood blister due to cheek biting.I also smoke 3-4 cigerettes since 8 years.Please help me regarding my problem i am tensed.I am attaching pictures for reference.

Hlo doctor, i actually gone through Bimaxillary jaw surgery 40 days ago. And my doctor wired the upper and lower teeth and it is difficult to take food. But he advised me that the wiring will be there for 4months. I shocked i could not open my mouth for 4 months it is too difficult to imagine.By the way iam a cleft patient from India. Can you advise any thing or is it necessary to stay for 4 months with my mouth being shut.

I got a small swelling on my neck with pain in it. I went to the doctor and he said it's most probably an insect bite and give me a medicine and ointment for 5 days. The pain went and somehow the swelling has also reduced but still small swelling is there and it's not going. Kindly suggest what it is and what to do. I have attached photos. The first one is of now and second one is of 10 days back

I am suffering from spasmodic dysphonia from last 8+ years and I have hoarse voice If I take botox injections, voice becomes normal for 90 days. Is there some permanent cure available? Please guide.

My Daughter suffering from night time coughing due to Allergy, as diagnosed by general physician. Earlier in childhood she also suffering from urticaria. Doctor suggested to take Montek LC kid tablet as and when required basis only. Doctor told to suck tablet in mouth when coughing comes but pharmacist told that it is not chewable tablet take whole by mouth through water.

I'm under treatment with Nasomac AF 2 spray in each nostril two times and Montemac Fx. Still during sneezing, sensation continues throughout sinus for almost 30 Sec in a single sneezing.No fever. Specialists please help with further treatment please.
