Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I saw a hole in my tonsil with a white spot. Removed it with tooth pick looked like some food particle. There is more of that white particle in that hole.

Since yesterday I am noticing one weird thing if I sneeze or press left side of my nostril a weird type of pain triggers on the left side of my head at the down side near ear and around area. I am not sure what this is. Can someone please guide?

It has been 8 months I moved to Bengaluru. From past 3 months I'm suffering from pollen allergy. Doctor told me this is common in Bengaluru. I have to keep taking medicine. She prescribed me MONTAIR LC . and told take whenever required. Now in this rainy season I feel symptoms every alternate date . Is it safe to take above medicine - alternate day ?

Please tell interpret the report in simplified way. Is there any need for surgery or it can be treated with medications. Is it mastoiditis? Has the bone erosion started?

After swimming my ears got blocked and its already 4th day, have impact on hearing and now pain in nerves around ears. Already using wax removal oil, but cant feel any change in situation!

White coloured , small rubbery type thing comes out of my mouth and also affects my breath odour. Sometimes they feel like stuck in my throat. What is the cure to this and what should I do? Kindly help

I had Chronic Sinusitis, Lungs Issues and GERD. Now I have a nose blockage and persistent cough if i did not take Bilastine. I am not able to find the root cause of the cough and all these issues. Is this cough due to Post Nasal Drip(PND) or due to GERD.  Sometimes I feel PND dripping back from nose to throat when I have a chronic cough I did not feel (not sure this is related to PND , Sinusitis) Is this Cough  related  to GERD but when I had a chronic cough I did not feel burping .  Recently I have done PNA CT scan IMPRESSION:  ➤ Mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary and ethmoidal sinuses with  internal Hyperdense contents  - S/O Fungal elements/inspissated secretions. ➤ Deviation of nasal septum to the right side.   ➤ Left inferior turbinate hypertrophy noted.  ➤ Right osteo-meatal unit blocked.  ➤ Mucosal thickening in nasal septum and nasal cavities  - Rhinitis changes. I have been suffering a lot for 3 years and did not have proper root cause.please help me Doc's

Hi Doctor, I need your advice. I've had a persistent cough and cold for a month now. For the last 6 days, I've been on a course of medication prescribed by my local ENT, which includes: Augmentin 625, Montair LC, Signoflam, Ivermectin, and Vizylac. Despite the treatment, I'm still not fully recovered and my symptoms are lingering. Should I continue with these medications, or would you recommend a different approach? Thanks for your help!
