I have pain and buzzing (tinnitus) only in my left ear. My ENT did otoscopy, audiometry, and tympanometry, and all came back normal. What other test can help me?

After recovering from a recent viral fever, I have been experiencing persistent symptoms including pressure around the eyes, difficulty in concentrating, heaviness in the ears, and ongoing cold with cough. Despite these issues, I consulted three ENT specialists, and all of them ruled out possibilities of inner ear inflammation, middle ear infection, labyrinthitis, or vestibular disorders. According to their evaluations, the ear structures and related systems are intact. I also underwent blood tests, including CBC and HIV screening, all of which returned normal results. The ENT specialists have prescribed cold medicines along with Bilastine Montek to manage my symptoms. However, I have noticed that my blood pressure tends to drop during the night, which adds to my concern and confusion. While the major causes of ear or balance-related problems have been excluded, the persistence of pressure and ear heaviness continues to affect .

I have a small, hard lump on the tragus of my left ear. This is the small piece of cartilage right in front of the ear canal. I noticed it yesterday. It causes a feeling of very mild discomfort, and the pain increases when I press on it. What could this be, and what is the appropriate course of action: should I consult an ENT specialist or a general surgeon?

M27 here who has been smoking cigarettes from 2020-2022 of about 3 a day and from 2024- till now about 7-8 a day. Has done pft twice now which were normal and done chest xray twice which were normal. Last test were on august 6, 2025. I ALSO DID FIXED LARYNGOSCOPY TEST JN BETWEEN MAY-JUNE 2025 WHICH WAS ALSO NORMAL TOO. So, whenever I clear my throat by inducing cough to check is there anything. After many many times of inducing cough and clearing my throat i get a minuscule amount of blood. I have gotten a minuscule amount of blood like twice from many many times of inducing cough. Other than that there are no symptoms. Is this related to cancer, COPD? Are there any tests which are needed to be done like cancer screening or something?
