Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have had a whitish painless spot near  the uvula. I have no other symptoms like fever or anything. Just the spot had been there for several weeks now. I have attached a picture for reference. Is it something concerning?

One year has been passed away , I am continuously feeling ear popping and heaviness and nose pain , due to nose pain , feels also in back side of head , I have consulted at least 6-7 ENT specialist Have done CT SCAN PNS Pure tone audiometry, impedance audiometry, All test normal , CT SCAN reort I am attaching I have course of antibiotics a lot of time even double antibiotics therapy, Using fluti Flo and L HOIST tablet from last 3 month , but not reliving

For 3  years, I had a problem with ear tinnitus and ear feeling full.  In 2023, was diagnosed with middle ear fluid which was removed with a procedure called myringotomy. However my problem doesn't seem to resolve. I have always felt my ears are full and feel pressure around the nose, forehead and nearby ear. When I go out for a walk, especially when it is airy, I feel dizzy and feel as if I will fall. This has reduced my confidence of being active and created kind of anxiety. Consulted many doctors and used sprays. But nothing seems to have resolved my issue. Attaching my recent CT PNS Report. Need suggestions on how to get this problem resolved 😞

Pain in inner right side ear after using buds It continues last 4 days Pl give some advise any ear drops

For 3 years, I have clogged ear issues along with tinnitus. Consulted many doctors. I was diagnosed with middle ear fluid for which I underwent myringotomy procedure in 2023. After that, i was feeling better. But a couple of months later again I started to feel heaviness around the ear, nose and forehead. Exposure to strong winds makes it worse. When I walk for 30 to 40 min, I feel heaviness around ear and feel dizzi. At times I feel as if I will fall. Recently done CT PNS and attached the report . Kindly check reports. Need suggestions on how to overcome this problem and what would be the solution for the same

Are my Tonsil glands swollen? Pic attached Sometimes even while stones are visible. Throat sometime pain on touching only. No swallowing pain Anything related to psychiatry as i have ongoing meds

I have Bppv From last 3 months with spinning sensation...Vng report says left side bppv and affected in all canals positive...I have had maneuvers and medicines spinfree vertin from time to time...wat other things i should do to completely get rid of it...Is there any home exercises.

I was admitted in hospital for wbc n platelets less count that time my throat and voice was completely ok  but due to dr mistake on 5th day i lost my voice on 27th march then i consulted ENT Dr he performed larygoscopy and found that i have bilateral ulceration of vocal cords he gave me 15 days medicine n voice rest i followed it then again next 1 month relative voice rest but i didn't followed it and talk to much again dr told me u didn't followed this but at least follow for next 1 month plz but again i did same or even shouted in one argument for 5 min which caused me so much pain now a little bit voice is coming from 15 days but now i have a fear that my problem increased or my ulcers increased due to excessive talking for 1 month will it form to granuloma will my voice recover to normal bcz i can't talk in loud voice or even horse voice coming after 20 days there will be 3 months of voice lost but not followed voice rest since 1.5 months plz tell me will it create further problem

Small bump on soft plate but there no irrition or pain on it but it's not going i took meditation to it were soft

My husband accidentally had half a box of chilli flakes in his food while cooking and had two bites of it. since then he has irritation in throat and cough. What can we do to control this
