Pls do suggest tablet or eardrop or home remedy for it. It's painful as I'm unable to chew too. Using oflokem  d ear drop but pain hasn't reduced.

Using ear buds can cause trauma For now take tablet Zerodol P for the temporary pain relief but it’s better to visit the ENT doctor to get your ears examined It could be wax, furuncle, infection or trauma to the ear drum The doctor will have to rule out all these Do not use any drops without consultation
Next Steps
Visit ENT doctor

Your symptoms suggest ear canal infection and swelling, likely worsened by using earbuds. Do not insert buds, pins, or cotton into the ear and keep it dry. Pain while chewing can occur due to canal swelling. You may take Tablet Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase after food for pain and swelling. (If no allergy) Since pain is not reducing with ear drops, ENT examination is advised to check for wax, furuncle , or infection and to change treatment if needed
