Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Last week I felt bit pain in my left ear after which I used earwel drop, after this I felt as if my ear is closed due to some vaccum or something and after 2-3 days I started feeling a whistle like sound in my ear. I checked with the dr he said your ears are clean and there is no issue but I could still hear that whistle sound in my left ear. I am not sure what I should do to fix this. Please help

Does Turbinate reduction and septoplasty can cure ear problems . What are the complications of this surgery?

So I have constant nose block from many months , finally did my ct scan suggested by doctor . Report showing mild mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary , left ethmoid , left frontal sinuses. Subtle c shape dns to left side Right concha bullosa What is it saying ? When can I breath from my nose again without headache, eye pain and pressure around eye, can this be cure with medicine?

Wife has a breathing issue due to bent bone and nasal infection. 10 days antibiotics course completed  and now CT scan is done.report is attached. Not much relief. What would be the next course of action. Pls share your view

She always has a blocked nose and while she tries to sleep difficult to breathe and need to take nebulisation late night kindly advise

The part of tongue marked in green is burning while eating spicy. And the part marked in red is paining only while touching. She had a tooth extraction done a few months ago in the same side of the mouth on the upper jaw similar place . A new tooth is coming out and is very sharp. Could it be for that

. It is reduced now. I used to cough 30 times per hour. But now it's 1 cough per 1 hour. I once saw blood in basin where I spit pghlem. And tried coughing again and again to see any more blood . Went to a GP and he said it's all because of anxiety. Coughing up hard will always show lood streaks. He ordered CT scan and x ray which came back normal reports attached with this query. Sputum test for TB - negative. I went to see ENT she said it's because of gerd because I bile vomited multiple times before this throat problem arised. Lyrangoscopy reports normal. No abnormalities detected.. I am very anxious . Am I going to die? 3 months ago I was diagnosed with IBS-D after endoscopy and colonoscopy ruled out other diseases. Gastroenterologist priscribed me Normaxinn daily 2 tablets and this throat problems arrived after 2 months of tablets consumption and withdrawal. I am a carcinomaphobuc and cybercondria type person. Every time I google all I see is cancer everywhere. I don't smoke never.

Hello doctor I'm getting tonsil stones more frequently than before, is it any cause of concern? Please tell what should i do

I have this uneven  lump in mouth with few dots for last 6 months. Went to doctor said it was pharyngitis. It hasn't cured at all. Had ulcers in my mouth for quite some time went to lot of ent and dentists. It comes and goes away. They said that the ulcers are from traumatic biting but they come and go often. The acute pharyngitis makes me worry. Is it normal or not? Pls help
