Neck pain nd eye pain
I am final year student, preparing for my exams nd interviews so I work on laptop daily like round of to 7 hrs with 2 -2 hrs gap nd also I use mobile for movies nd all . So since 2,3 weeks my neck was hurting nd eye strain slightly increased. So I am little bit concerned about my eye sight nd brain stress . So what changes to do in lifestyle or meals ?

Proper ergonomic posture should be maintained. Take breaks for every 30 min. You can use neck pillow and keep your laptop at eye level height in order to prevent neck bending. Take ophthal consultation.
