Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear Doctor, Mujhe 2-3 din se gale me jeebh ke left side me or gale me bhi left side me irritation/khichav jaisa feel ho raha hai. I have attached photo of left tonsil. Mujhe nigalne me koi problem nahi hai. Mere muh me dryness rahti hai. Bhookh nahi lagti, khane me swad nahi aata or anxiety bhi bahut hai. Please help sir/mam.

Have been having symptoms of bacterial throat infection for which I took medications. But could not get proper medical certificate to submit to college. Took 1 week of in Bengaluru. Kindly help me get a proper medical certificate for the same

If how often adult person is getting tonsillitis in a year, So he or she need tonsillectomy ? ... .

I have been smoking from last 3-4 months and now recently in last week I took the first cigarette of my day and I took my first puff so strong that I think so it hit my trachea and also the early morning there was cold and right after that whenever I smoke the smoke hits my trachea and there is pain I don't have any symptoms like... •breathing issue •chest pain •heart pain •pain during swallowing But only whenever I smoke there's a slight pain so is it serious or it's because only my trachea is inflamed and how and when it will be cured Also I can't leave cigarette forever... so how should I deal it with now ?

Should I quit using the ear drops the doctor prescribed for me because it pain everytime I use it what should I do

I have enlarged tonsils, tho it's painless im worried about it, im scared it may not be normal, sometimes painful swallowing is there, i couldn't differentiate if the pain is because of tonsillitis or cold but i know it's just big as long as i can remember, now im terrified as this might cause me problem when I'll be planning for pregnancy i have checked it before and the only one ENT doc in our city said it's not necessarily needed surgery, surgery only applies to severe cases will anyone enlighten me regarding my case? i would like to get a second opinion

I am noticing black spots on my tongue and sides of the tongue and also below the tongue since 1 month actually i dont know when it appeared but i just noticed it 1 month before so what will be the rrason and how to cure it?? bcz my tongue was never have this before.. if prblm didn't solve then which doctor to show ent or dentist??
